- A man on Tracy Avenue told a 911 dispatcher that someone was breaking into his house. Against the advice of the dispatcher, the man said he was getting his gun and hung up. When police arrived, they found a man trying to get into the house, saying it was his. Police told him it wasn’t and escorted him home.
