- A man wanted to know if it was legal to carry a real sword on Halloween but did not answer his phone when police tried to call back.

- A man reported that a sword was stolen from his unlocked vehicle on South 16th Avenue at 6:37 p.m.

- A woman reported that her neighbor on Gallatin Road yelled at her around 9:10 a.m. and purposely ran over her cat over the weekend but that she couldn’t prove anything.

- A 911 call from a home on Eustis Road at 6:31 p.m. was made by a 6-year-old girl, who told deputies she was “just practicing.”

- A caller reported hearing chopping sounds and seeing something glowing in the woods near a West Main Street park at 8:49 p.m. Police looked in the bushes, but were unable to find the source of the glowing or chopping sounds.

- A woman reported at 9:54 a.m. that an unknown man entered her apartment on Saxon Way on Saturday night and began to rub her shoulders. The woman thought it was her boyfriend until he began to rub her butt. When she saw it was not her boyfriend she jumped up and the man ran out of the house.

- A woman reported that a man “flipped her off” at 6:05 p.m. on South Tracy Avenue because he thought she was speeding.

- A deputy saw a man verbally assaulting a clerk at Town Pump in Belgrade at 7:05 a.m. The deputy spoke with the man about how to properly conduct himself and the man apologized to the clerk.
