- A female on North Fifth Avenue reported a threatening message from a neighbor on her answering machine around midnight. It was determined the message was inappropriate, but not threatening.

- Ice skaters were reported on the closed rink at Southside Park at 11:30 a.m.

- A caller on West Babcock Street had a question regarding the legality of killing pigeons in the city with a trap.

-A man on Cherry Drive wanted an officer to witness him taking photos of his car and the snow around it so he could use them to fight a parking ticket. The officer declined to do so.

-A man was “acting weird and creeping out an employee” at a South 23rd Avenue store.
