A man crossing West Main Street was knocked to the ground after being hit by an oar hook on a boat pulled by a pickup truck. The man refused medical attention. The truck, described as a Dodge 4-by-4, kept on driving and wasn't located.

A business on West Main Street called the police after a man stood outside the business wearing a bandana over his face. He removed the bandana before entering the business and asked about a lost wallet.

An intoxicated woman was found asleep in front of a store on North 19th Avenue. She told the officer she was taking a nap. The officer warned her about sleeping in front of stores.
