- A 33-year-old Bozeman man who had been arrested for driving under the influence and was released due to the jail cap earlier in the evening, was arrested a second time around 12:30 a.m. after leaving a North Seventh Avenue bar in his truck. He was also cited for having an expired registration and held on $800 bail.
- A resident of North Ferguson Avenue went to ask a neighbor to turn down his loud music around 11:30 p.m. but the neighbor appeared to be passed out. The music could be heard down the street, according to police, who contacted the homeowner and warned him after asking him to turn it down.
