Two men were cited for having an unruly gathering after someone reported loud music and loud people on Golden Rod Lane around midnight.

Someone stole a snowboard, backpack and boots from an unlocked vehicle parked on Holly Drive.

A juvenile who fled when he saw a police cruiser on North Ninth Avenue threw a baggie of marijuana into a yard.

An 8-foot table was lying in the northbound lane of North Seventh Avenue around 12:30 p.m.

A 24-year-old Belgrade man selling puppies in front of Wal-Mart around 1 p.m. was arrested on a warrant.

A woman reported that she had been scammed by two men who said they were from the city and that they would fix the cracks in her driveway. She thought it was free, but then the men tried to charge her $50. She paid them $25 and called police.

A business employee reported "strange" people driving an 1980s model Cadillac "boat-type" car had come into the business and asked when it was closing.

A rock was thrown through the window of an inactive church on Arrowhead Trail.

Bystanders rescued a girl and her dog who fell through ice on a pond near Village Drive around 6:30 p.m.
