- A busy day...

A man who appeared to be intoxicated and had been stumbling around a West Main Street store with "blood on his knuckles" reportedly drove off from there around 1 a.m.

A cat was fighting with other cats and "creating a lot of noise" around 6 a.m. in a backyard on North Willson Avenue.

The window of a vehicle parked on South 12th Avenue was smashed.

A bunch of kids were smoking in an alley off North 11th Avenue around 8:30 a.m.

The window of a vehicle parked on East Story Street was broken.

A man was acting "overly angry," kicking a vehicle and screaming at a woman after their vehicle broke down in a parking lot.

Three males were reportedly smoking marijuana in an alley between 10th and 11th avenues. The caller said it "happens every day during high school lunch hour" and "sometimes after school, too."

An intoxicated man left a vodka bottle in a woman's garden on West Main Street around noon.

An officer helped an elderly woman "reposition" her vehicle after she turned into the wrong lane of traffic.

A driver was stopped "for a series of moving violations."

Someone tried to scrape a business' decals off a stolen skid loader that was found by the business owner in a snow bank near Hope Lutheran Church.

A deputy helped a storage unit renter get out of the gated area after being locked inside.
